The TCSLEA, working closely with Sheriff Hamilton and our brothers in the Travis County Sheriff's Officers Association, was instrumental in securing a significant pay raise for our Law Enforcement members. On 9-8-2005 the Travis County Commissioners voted to approve a 7% pay raise, with 5% effective 10-1-2005, and an additional 2% effective on the member's anniversary date. Our appreciation goes out to everyone who was instrumental in getting us this needed salary increase.

DONT MISS THE WALK WITH THE SHERIFF
Saturday, February 18th at 8:00 AM sharp. Walkers need to meet at Auditorium Shores, located at the Southeast corner of South 1st and West Riverside. Show up early to stretch out. Everyone is welcome, including family and friends. This walk for wellness will be a total distance of 1.5 miles.
This is a new beginning for everyone. The goal is to have a healthy, happy workforce and this walk for wellness is the beginning.
