September 5, 2007: County Judge Sam Biscoe moved to approve the association's proposed pay scale, and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ron Davis. Also voting in favor was Commissioner Margaret Gomez. Disappointingly, Commissioners Gerald Daugherty and Sarah Eckhardt voted against the motion.
