We are excited to announce we have found a new law firm to represent our association. The legal plan is designed to provide you with support for your legal needs.

This comprehensive plan offers access to experienced attorneys. Steve Brand and Elizabeth Resendez have the experience and intelligence to guide our membership forward.

Steve and Elizabeth bring a wealth of experience in criminal law, having spent years navigating complex cases and defending clients with dedication and expertise. Their deep understanding of legal strategies, combined with a proven track record in courtroom success, ensures that our membership will greatly benefit from their knowledge. We believe this plan will empower you to navigate legal challenges with confidence. Information about the plan is forthcoming.

Initially, there will be no dues increase for the new legal plan with the Brand and Resendez Law Firm.

The reality is our legal plan has been the most affordable by far compared to CLEAT, TMPA and other options for over a decade. Each year we consider raising dues in order to meet the needs of our association. Each year we have maintained our current membership pricing with no increase. To really show you the commitment from Steve and Elizabeth, they insisted we start from the position of not raising our current legal dues.

If you are currently paying for Heilman Legal Defense this plan will stop coverage on October 15, 2024, and your coverage will automatically transfer to our new firm.

If you do not wish to continue with legal coverage, please visit our website and fill out a new membership form removing legal coverage.
