Brothers and Sisters:

As you know, upon retirement, the association provides you with a retirement badge and ring. The association would also like to offer you the opportunity of a retirement from the agency party gathering, if you wish. The gathering can be held at your workplace or, with board approval, it can be held outside the workplace. The association will pay up to $500 to assist with the retirement party.

In order to expedite this, we need your retirement information a couple of months in advance.  Orders take 6–8 weeks to complete.   It is imperative you provide us with the following information:

• Name
• Employee #
• Personal contact info. Not county email or county phone #. 

If you want a ring, I need the following. It is like a class ring.

• Ring size, completed by a jeweler, or myself. Rings can’t be resized!!
• Stone color or type. You can go onto the internet and pick out a birthstone color, or whatever color you choose.  Dunham Manufacturing has them all.
• How you want your name displayed on the ring.
• Your years of service, or dates of service.  Ex. 30 years or 1989-2013.

What type of badge do you prefer?

• Flat backing if you want it for your wallet or
• Traditional backing which can be used for a shadow box
