Brothers and Sisters,

As we move through April, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible dedication and unwavering commitment each of you demonstrates day in and day out. Your service to our community, often under challenging circumstances, does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. Whether inside our jail, courthouse, transportation, dispatch, academy or on our streets, we see you.

This past month has brought its share of demands, and through it all, I've witnessed firsthand your professionalism, your courage, and your unwavering support for one another.  Standing together to let your voice be heard.  Whether it's responding to critical incidents, engaging in community outreach, or simply being a reassuring presence, your work makes a tangible difference in the lives of the people we serve.

It's easy to focus on the difficulties inherent in our profession, but it's equally important to recognize the profound impact we have. We are the guardians of peace, the helpers in times of need, and the unwavering force for good in our communities. The positive interactions, the lives touched, and the safety provided are all testaments to your tireless efforts.

Let's continue to support each other, to share our experiences, and to draw strength from our collective purpose. Remember that you are part of a larger family, a brotherhood and sisterhood bound by a shared commitment to justice and service.

As members of TCSLEA, never forget you are part of the Fraternal Order of Police. FOP is the world’s largest law enforcement group, and we are proud to be FOP Lodge 912. We will continue to support you as we continue to grow with new members. Please do your part and help us continue to grow.
